Be a part of the discussion at the Fourth Annual Climate Change Teach-In! This year’s teach-in is entitled “Leaving Your Comfort Zone: a Scientist and a Journalist Take Risks to Address Climate Change.” The teach-in will feature Dr. Michael Mann, renowned climate scientist and author of “The Hockey Stick and the Climate Wars: Dispatches from the Front Lines,” and Eli Kintisch, reporter for Science magazine and author of “Hack the Planet: Science’s Best Hope – or Worst Nightmare – for Averting Climate Catastrophe.” The teach-in will also feature shorts produced by UMass Lowell and Cambridge students, and an open discussion about how to move UMass Lowell’s Climate Action Plan into the future.
