The Minorities Striving and Pursuing Higher Degrees of Success (MS PHD’S) Professional Development Program facilitates mentoring and networking activities for minority undergraduate and graduate Earth system science and engineering (ESSE) majors and provides a supportive environment in which participants develop strategies and professional skills necessary to excel in Earth system science and engineering fields.
